Financial Grants & Aid
Calvary Chapel Schools is committed to providing excellence in all that we do, and while an excellent private education comes at a cost, we continue to strive to do all we can to make private education as affordable as possible. As part of that commitment, and out of a heart of generosity, Calvary Chapel Schools has created a financial aid and grant process whereby families who may need financial assistance can apply for assistance.
- If you would like to donate to our financial aid fund to help those who are in need of assistance, please click here.
- If you would like to apply for financial aid, click here.
CCS Financial grants and aid are available for full-time, fully enrolled, domestic K - 12 students only. Families of students enrolled in PSP, IPE, ICCS, or EIA, and International students are not eligible to receive the CCS assistance funding.
Applying Through FACTS
To help us determine financial aid eligibility for prospective and current families, we partner with a third-party organization called FACTS Management Company. Using this independent, outside service ensures a confidential, fair, and consistent evaluation. The financial aid process is independent of the admissions process, and therefore a family's ability to pay full tuition is not factored into the admissions process. New students must be accepted to be considered for financial aid. The financial aid application fee is $40 paid directly to FACTS.

Financial Aid Timeline |
FACTS takes approximately 2 weeks to verify applications and provide their recommendation after all required information has been received. To expedite the process, do not ignore any missing document notifications from FACTS.
Each application is then submitted to CCS Financial Aid Committee for final review and an award decision. Aid Awards will be emailed from FACTS to the email noted on the application by the end of February. |
