International Tuition & Fees
2026-2027 School Year
Tuition: Early admission (November 1, 2025 - February 1, 2026) for the fall semester is secured with a deposit in the amount of $3500 (US). This non-refundable deposit will be applied to the tuition balance. Once the deposit is secured, the I-20 process will begin. Applications received after February 1 will require tuition be paid in full before the I-20 process begins.
Application Fee: $200*
Enrollment Fee: $600*
ICCS (International Calvary Chapel School) Middle School Tuition: $28,000 for the School Year*
EIA (Eagle International Academy): ICCS Middle School Tuition + $5,000 for the School Year*
First year student fee: $3000
*PLEASE NOTE: The application and enrollment fees and initial deposit are non-refundable. Tuition is partially refundable before the first day of the school year, minus an administrative fee. Refunds are calculated per term for early withdrawal.
Returning International Student: Re-Enrollment Reminder: Students returning must submit a Re-enrollment packet and pay the $600 Re-enrollment through the student/parent FACTS portal. The International Student tuition deposit of $3500 is due by January 31, 2026. The payment in full for the remaining tuition balance of the 2026-2027 school year is due by June 1st, 2025. Late fees will apply after June 5th.
Tuition includes the following:
- Student I.D Card
- Annual Middle School Yearbook
- PE Support plus one uniform
- Campus Amenities ( library, gymnasium, chapel, courtyard, etc.)
- Textbook Support
- Basic Healthcare Insurance: 10 months (required).
Tuition does not include the following:
- Activities/Event Tickets (Varies on event)
- Co-curricular Fees + Athletic Fees (Varies depending on sport)
- Math Digital Platforms ($100)
- School wide tech fee ($150)
- School Supplies (approx. $150)
- Homestay Arrangements (approx 21,000 and up depending on needs)
- Food costs (Vary based on student consumption)
- Uniforms ($100-$200 approx)
- One time new student fee ($3,000 US dollars)
