We are WEB.

We are WEB. “Where Everyone Belongs.” Our goal unites us for one single purpose: to make school great, safe, and a connected place for kids to learn. WEB is built on the premise that students can help students succeed. Principal Mark Allen, Mrs. Thomson, and I facilitate peer mentorship at our school using leadership and group development methodologies. We are able to bring out the very best in students. The idea for WEB came about back in the winter of 2020 when we felt the need for a fun, collaborative program where outstanding students would be able to put their leadership skills to the test while being innovative.

As a team, the students coordinate, create, and put on events here at Calvary Chapel like the Junior High Pep Rallies, Lunch-Time Activities, Orientation, Mixers, etc. We have meetings regularly to discuss and outline how to successfully execute these big events. WEB inspires others, but also inspires the WEB leaders themselves. They learn how to be the best role models, motivators, leaders, and teachers. These WEB leaders guide the 6th/7th graders to discover what it takes to be successful in middle school. The WEB program is dedicated to igniting the power of young people to create a more compassionate world and achieve greater personal success through strong leadership and meaningful community service. We believe that middle school students can profoundly improve community conditions, and work together to make our school and neighborhood safe.
